This year’s conference theme is The New Face of Muslim Consumers, which will analyze and discuss the market as a group of socially conscious, innovative, and engaged consumers. These are second generation Muslims, majority are born in America and they know how to balance their Muslim identity, their cultural identity and at the same time being an American. For them Halal has to be healthy, socially responsible and appealing.

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel is conveniently located at the Newark International airport. Free courtesy shuttle service runs from Newark International airport every 20 minutes.
From North
Take Route 1 or 9 South and watch for Airport sign. Take Frontage Road at immediate right. From New Jersey Turnpike South, take Exit 14 to the 2nd right marked Frontage Road. From Garden State Parkway, take Exit 140 to Route 22 East to Route 1 and 9 North.
From West
From I-78, take Exit 58-B Frontage Road Exit. Stay on the frontage road, and the hotel will be on the right.
From South
From Route 1 or 9 North, exit Frontage Road and follow ramp to hotel
By Train
Getting to and from Newark on AirTrain is fast and easy. AirTrain Newark provides easy connections to and from NJ TRANSIT, PATH and Amtrak through one gateway: Newark Liberty International Airport Station. Customers may purchase a ticket to ride on AirTrain from NJ Transit or Amtrak at their train stations, ticket offices or ticketing machines and the AirTrain Newark fee will be included – one ticket does it all.
AirTrain is free for on-airport travel and makes frequent stops around the airport including airline terminals, parking lots, hotel shuttle areas and rental car facilities. Payment is made at Airport Station to enter or exit the system. Take AirTrain to Airport Station to connect to NJ TRANSIT and Amtrak.
If you’re departing from NYC Penn Station or Newark, take NJ TRANSIT or Amtrak to Newark Liberty International Airport Station. It takes about five minutes to get from AirTrain to the train platforms and between seven and 11 minutes to get to your terminal, depending on the terminal. Free shuttle service to the hotel is available from Terminals.
